To paraphrase Tennyson's Mariana:

The sparrow's chirrup on the roof,
The slow clock ticking and the sound
Which to the wooing wind aloof
The kauri made, did all confound
Her sense; but most she loathed the hour
When winter sunlight gently lay
Athwart the curtains, and the day

Yup, the package cometh not. I am sick and tired of waking at 6, and holding my breath for the next 2 hours, to hear the courier van's door slam, and the sound of steps on deck. Do couriers deliver on the Saturday?
