WOW, that sounds like a truly miserable 48 hour span -- you have my sympathy! Though I must admit to a bit of envy, as summer is gearing up where I am and today is going to be the hottest day yet...and my seasonal air conditioner installation (a matter of seating the box unit in the window, a task which I have failed so spectacularly in the past he now does it for me -- I think he wonders how a woman who can drill and saw and tinker cannot seem to level anything) depends on my landlord's availability.
