In other news - the fitness generation continues apace - up to 6000 paces, in fact.

However, my study is not proceeding as planned. So I have planned some more. I need to send an abstract to my supervisor for the up-coming MEDEMS conference - which is fine, because the abstract is written, but the paper is not, nor ever likely to be, considering how much of my chapter (which has to be handed to the supervisor at about the same time) has not been written.

(jessikast, don't worry that she hasn't gotten back to you, the dead-line's not hard and fast, and i think she's only due back in the country this weekend. The fact that you've submitted anything will make her happy)

That said, I did some work today. So maybe tomorrow will go even better. Then I will reward me in the weekend with a beach-trip, even if it's blowing a gale.
