(no subject)

We made it safely to Edinburgh - getting blown inside out on the border crossing in the middle of the Cheviot hills was fun! Newstead has been seen, and we spent the day walking around Edinburgh city today. Tomorrow, providing the snow is not too severe tonight, zcc starts his work in the library, and I'll be free to poke into all the tiny second-hand shops, and the fabric shops.

Also, there will be composing of conference papers, and something for my chapter that failed before we set out, and possibly a more sensible LJ post!
