Where did summer go?

So just like that, summer disappeared. One night you're sleeping with not much more than a sheet, and with the fan going full blast, the next night there's a duvet, the next long pjs, then winter pjs. Not to mention getting through the day with slippers ('cos I stayed at home all yesterday) and a jumper.

I demand a refund! That wasn't a very long summer at all!
